Daniel Clee –  PGA Class ‘AAT’ Golf Professional

Daniel has over 15 years experience in the golf industry.  He started his golf career as P.G.A. Trainee at Wharton Park GC, becoming Fully Qualified in February 2000.  Daniel spent time on the Midland Region circuit & MasterCard/Euro Pro Tours and played in three Open Championship Final Qualifying events.  Spells at Wyre Forest GC and Old Marsh GC, West Palm Beach, Florida, have given Daniel experience in every aspect of golf club environment.  Since moving to Evesham GC in November 2005 he has built a successful teaching base, from fellow professionals & county golfers through to juniors and complete beginners.  A highlight of Daniel’s career was winning the Midland Region Qualifier of the P.G.A. National Pro-Am at Little Aston GC in 2011.  This won a trip with amateur partner, Mark Harrison, to the National Finals played at Southshore GC, Lake Las Vegas Resort, Las Vegas.

Career tournament wins – Worcestershire Amateur Matchplay (1994 & 1996), Worcestershire Open (1996), Midland Assistant’s (2000), Worcestershire Assistant’s Matchplay (1999, 2001, 2003), Worcestershire Assistant’s Strokeplay (2001), Worcestershire Professional’s Matchplay (2002, 2009, 2011)

Ryan Cleary – PGA Trainee

Ryan is currently in the second year of his P.G.A. training after graduating at Hartpury College with a BTEC National Diploma in Sports, specialising in golf. In his short Professional career he has achieved 11 top 5 finishes in Worcestershire P.G.A. events with 2 wins at Evesham and Stourbridge.  Ryan is now focussing his attention on the Midland Region circuit and the Jamega Tour.  Ryan has spent many hours teaching junior golf and visiting local schools to encourage more children in to the game.

Tim Shephard –  Pro-Shop Assistant

Tim began working part-time at Evesham GC in summer 2010.  He is currently in his first year at Hartpury College, studying the same BTEC National Diploma in Sports that Ryan graduated in.  Tim is a talented category 1 golfer, with lots of enthusiasm for the game.
