Fifteen pairs braved the elements to contest the Ray Till Tankards in which the format was greensomes bogey off the yellow tee with drawn partners. Whilst the scoring was varied the pairing of Colin Hussell & Martin Parr blew away the rest of the field coming in with a score of +8 which was 5 more than second place of Bill Dobie & Reg Evans on +3.
