A large field of players travelled to Hollywood Golf Club for the Senior Captains Away Day and the weather was sunny and hot for the 3 ball Stapleford Competition with the best 2 scores to count. With a dry course and firm greens scoring was difficult for a number of teams however it was the team of Neil Croft, Les Bond and Mick Hocking who took the honours with a score of 85. The day ended with a delicious 2 course meal.
