Tuesday 18th February 2025 saw the Ladies gather for the Nora Olsen Cups. This is a pairs competition played over 9 holes.
Under the leadership of recently elected Ladies Captain, Penny Osborne, a hardy bunch gathered with their carry bags. Depiste the wet ground a big yellow shinny ball appeared in the sky (later confirmed to be the Sun) and great fun (?) was had by all.
The winning pair was Jaqueline Kerr and Pam Townsend with an impressive 20 points. Jaqueline is the Ladies vice – Captain and Pam Townsend a new member who only joined in February!
