An ‘Ode to Audrey Tomkins’ who celebrated 50 Years as a member of Evesham Golf Club today, she joined on 1st April 1975. Audrey is the longest serving female playing member in the Club, currently our 8th longest serving member, 5th when removing the social members. There were many memories and tributes from the ladies section but the main theme was that she was always immaculately turned out, a beautiful golfer, always calm and encouraging.
